Vicki Milstien Vicki Milstein, M.S. Ed.

Vicki has been in the field for more than 30 years and in Brookline for 18. Vicki graduated with Honors from Wheelock College and has a graduate degree from Lesley University earning a certification as a Consulting Teacher of Reading. Vicki has been a teacher in kindergarten and Pre K as well as a Director of an Early Childhood Center and an instructor at the college level. She has taught college and graduate school courses in early education, literacy and math. She has supervised student teachers in birth to five programs as well as kindergarten to grade three. Vicki has taught internationally and for study tours from Barbados to Taiwan and Singapore. She has presented at national conferences on math and early literacy and authored a book, “Integrating Math in Early Childhood Classrooms” (Scholastic 2007) Vicki was named Brookline Woman of the Year 2008 and was received The Sperber Award for excellence in administration 2013.
 
 
 

Regina Watts Regina Watts, Ph.D.,

Regina began her career as a teacher in New York, then earned a masters degree in Counseling and Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. She joined the BEEP staff shortly after earning her doctoral degree and has enjoyed a variety of roles during her Brookline tenure including school psychologist, special education team facilitator, and program coordinator. Regina’s office is currently located at the BEEP @ Putterham location. During her career Regina has presented at numerous national and statewide conferences, and published in professional journals. Her research interests include inclusive preschool education, children’s play, and school-based consultation. Dr. Watts was an adjunct faculty member at Northeastern University for ten years and also had a private practice. In 2012 Regina was recognized by the Massachusetts School Psychologist Association as the School Psychologist of the Year. Regina lives in Wellesley with her husband, and has two grown children. Her favorite past times are running and cooking.
 
 

Barbara Maged Barbara Maged, M.S. Ed.

Barbara has been a classroom teacher, administrator, teacher trainer and program consultant in Early Education for more than 30 years. She earned her B.S. at SUNY New Paltz, and her M.S. Ed. at Wheelock College. Barbara was a classroom teacher in Kindergarten and Prekindergarten, and entered school administration as a Title I Ealry Childhood Specialist with the Somerville School Department where she co-authored their PK curriculum. Barbara served as Principal of Early Education with the Whitman and Randolph Public Schools and taught Early Childhood Education courses and supervised student teachers at both Quincy Junior College and Framingham State College. As a consultant, she provided guidance to several public school districts in their successful pursuit of NAEYC Accreditation, an provided professional development for classroom teachers. Barbara and her husband live in Stoughton and are the parents of two grown children. When she is not reading or talking or thinking about early education, Barbara loves to travel, the theater and to dine out.
